The education of at-risk youth is the civil rights movement of our day. Public and charter approaches can’t get to the heart of the crisis. Taking a proven model, we’re our vision is to ignite a movement of gospel-shaped schools to serve at risk youth in our nation’s cities. Here’s how we serve leaders:

School Planter Assessments

consider God’s calling

We are in the process of developing a self-assessment tool to help prospective school planters discern calling. Birthing a gospel-shaped school requires a leader with a unique set of tools—educational passion, entrepreneurial vision, cultural competency, and a shepherd’s heart. Most importantly, they must be called by God to take a radical step of faith followed by long-suffering perseverance.
